| I was very impressed with Andre's marketing program and felt if anyone could get my price he could, even in the middle of the winter. Well, 57 days later Andre did get my price and I had to find new home. Andre's Buyers Agent, Virginia, showed us about a dozen homes until we walked into the perfect one. Virginia was great to deal with and she even saved us $5000 off the price. Andre's Closing Coordinator, Judy, told us she would coordinate everything to close on both homes the same day in 60 days or less. Not to our surprise, another promise was kept and we closed on both homes the same day - ahead of schedule!
